Youth Courses

Started on January 1, 1970

Youth courses are for individuals aged 8-14 and consist of beginner, continuing education and specialty levels. For courses with a ‘Junior’ as part of the name, the certification can be upgraded to the standard certification of that level once the diver turns 15.

An experience program for youth which allows you to try scuba diving in a shallow, swimming pool environment.

A diving program for youth  which allows you to complete AquaMissions while scuba diving in a swimming pool environment.

An experience program which will allow you to try scuba diving in a swimming pool or confined open water environment.

A scuba diving course which will allow you to dive under the supervision of a PADI Professional upon completion.

An entry level scuba diving course which will provide you with an international diving certification upon completion.

A continuing education course which allows you to try 3 different types of specialized scuba diving.

A continuing education course which allows you to try 5 different types of specialized scuba diving, including the mandatory Deep and Underwater Navigation dives.

A first aid course which will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to deal with various emergency situations, including administering CPR, handling injuries and using an AED.

A challenging course which will train you in self-rescue techniques, dive accident prevention and how to assist other divers in emergency situations.

Courses which teach a wide variety of specialized techniques used in specific types of diving. 

The highest recreational diving offered by PADI, awarded to divers with superior experience and achievements.

A skin diving course which enables participants to enter the underwater world without requiring the use of a scuba diving tank.
